Business, Administration and Finance

This Diploma teaches young people about business, administration and finance and helps them to become more employable. The employer-endorsed content is up-to-date and relevant, reflecting the blend of business knowledge, practical skills, communication and team-working skills needed by someone who is thinking about a career in any business-related job.

Through completing the Principal Learning, learners will:

  • have the chance to put a business idea into practice
  • learn about marketing, sales and customer service
  • improve their administrative and organisational skills
  • learn how to manage their own finances
  • practise applying for jobs and taking part in interviews
  • develop their team working and communication skills.
